Eating healthy and balanced shouldn’t be difficult, and you shouldn’t have to force yourself to eat greens. For me, it’s all about how its prepared and what its paired with. To make it easier for you, I’ve compiled a list of 20 Healthy Green Recipes that also taste good!

What is the best way to store greens?
For detailed instructions, I have a post all about how to wash and store leafy greens. But essentially, wrap clean and dry leafy greens or other veggies in paper towels before sealing in a resealable bag. Or you can layer them in a Tupperware between layers of paper towels. Either way, store them in a cold part of your fridge, not in the door.
What are the best green vegetables to eat daily?
For affordability and accessibility, I frequently use spinach, green beans, and romaine lettuce in my daily meals.

Green smoothies are a great way to help you lose weight and to “hide” leafy greens and other veggies if you struggle to eat them otherwise.
