Honey Garlic Hen

Crispy parts of rooster in a sweet and tasty honey garlic sauce!
- 1 pound boneless and skinless rooster breasts or thighs, cut into chunk sized items
- 1 egg, frivolously crushed
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 2 tablespoons oil (peanut or vegetable)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1/3 cup hen broth (or h2o)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar, or white vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pinch purple pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- Blend the rooster into the egg till completely coated right before mixing in the corn starch right up until just evenly coated.
- Heat the oil in a pan around medium-large heat, add the chicken, different, and prepare dinner until finally golden brown, about 2-4 minutes per facet.
- Meanwhile, mix the honey, garlic, broth, vinegar, soy sauce, crimson pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
