Spring has arrived, the daffodils are out and it’s the time of calendar year when it feels ideal to make alterations! I detest to admit it, but I’ve fairly got into the routine of a warming mug of incredibly hot chocolate and binge-observing rubbish on Tv for an hour or two in the night.
I get annoyed with myself when I realise how significantly time I’ve “wasted”, but except if I have anything really urgent to do, I retain repeating the same behaviour. Behaviors are strong factors!
