CLEVELAND, Ohio – Edwins Leadership and Restaurant Institute is teaming with Frederick Douglass Superior University in Cleveland to launch a culinary vocation technical education and learning plan.

The curriculum aims to put together college students to enter the hospitality and tourism industries. It would be Ohio’s inaugural Drop-Out Recovery Substantial University Culinary Technological Education Plan, organizers claimed.
