- Whisk them together.
- Add the flour to a large bowl and add the egg mixture.
- Use a hand mixer on low speed to slowly work the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Increase the speed to medium and blend until all the lumps are gone.
- Blend in the vanilla extract and the rest of the milk.
- Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for two hours.

- Heat a large non-stick skillet with low sides or a crepe pan over medium heat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided use
- 2 cups milk divided use
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions

Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.

Crack the eggs into the well along with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of milk, and the salt.

Blend until smooth.

Add the vanilla and the remaining milk to the batter and mix well.

Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before making the crepes.

When ready to cook crepes, add a little oil to a well-seasoned or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
