Brief and easy chicken in a creamy dijon mustard pan sauce!

components
  • 1 pound boneless and skinless hen breasts (or thighs), pounded thin
  • salt and pepper to style
  • 1/4 cup flour (optional) (gluten-free for gluten-totally free)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 modest onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup hen broth (or white wine)
  • 1 cup large/whipping product
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, chopped (optional)
  • salt and pepper to style
directions
  1. Year the hen with salt and pepper to flavor, and evenly coat in flour.
