- 3 potatoes, diced

- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 3/4 cups soy milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Black pepper to taste
Combine potatoes, onion, garlic, chile peppers, corn, vegetable broth, parsley, chili powder, salt and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook for 7 hours on low. What you need:
- 5 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced into strips

- 1 small package dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
- 1 cup green peas
