1 cup fresh or slightly frozen sour sop (guyabano) without the seeds
1/2 cup of milk of your choice (Low-fat, skimmed or soya)
1/2 cup of non-fat plain yogurt

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh or slightly frozen lychees without the seeds
1 /2 cup fresh grated young coconut
1/2 cup coconut juice or 1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tablespoon honey
Green and Go
This recipe provides you with the weight loss properties of green tea. Blend well and chill before serving.
Ingredients:
8 cups cold water
4 green tea bags (2:1 ratio of boiled water to 1 tea bag)
1/2 cup honey (you can also use 1/2 cup brown sugar)
1/2 cup lemon juice
Optional: Lemon slices, fresh mint leaves
Procedure:
- Bring the 8 cups of cold water to a boil.
- Pour the boiling water over the 4 green tea bags.
- Let the water-tea mixture steep for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- After the mixture has cooled down, place the mixture in a blender.
- Add the honey and lemon juice and blend well.
- Refrigerate before serving to chill.
- Serve with lots of ice, lemon slices, fresh mint leaves and honey, if desired.
