Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

Asparagus and Rooster Casserole

A creamy asparagus casserole with hen and a crispy golden brown topping!

components
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
  • 1 pound boneless and skinless hen breasts or thighs, lower into chunk sized pieces

  • 1 modest onion, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (gluten-totally free for gluten-absolutely free)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
